Have Recall integrate with Apple Intents so it can be accessed through Apple Intelligence (Apple AI) in OS 27.
This would let users interact with Recall directly through Apple's built-in AI features, for example, asking Siri or Apple Intelligence to search, save, or pull up content from their Recall knowledge base without opening the app.
