Ensure that all the content in your knowledge base is up to date and aligns with the source content. When the source content updates, the content in your recall card should also automatically update!

You should also be able to update a card if the Chat feature makes a mistake. Example: Bananas are labeled vegetables (crazy example I know). If you report an error to the chat it should edit that card for you to prevent errors in the future.

I believe for this to work you'll need versioning for cards.

It would be nice to update files with a newer version. For example a read me PDF that has been released with new features.
