Set a default tag to all newly imported cards. Example, I have a TBR tag, since I am using recall as a read it later. so I want to easily tag all new content as TBR and I will later remove that tag.

Another option might be to just have "unread" and read. But allowing me to set a tag for all newly added cards would do the trick for me.
