Tools like RainDrop and Pocket allow you to export your bookmarks to a list of URLs or CSV. This feature would allow you to import the list in one go.

Had a chat with recall about this...
Message: ### Direct Import of Bookmark.html Files: A Simpler and More Flexible Approach
Yes, providing a direct import option for bookmark.html files would indeed offer a more flexible and user-friendly interface for users managing many URLs.
This approach would:
Eliminate the need to first import bookmarks into the browser and then into the app, simplifying the workflow.
Allow users to directly upload their bookmark export files without intermediate steps.
Reduce clutter by avoiding the need to import and then delete bookmarks in the browser.
Streamline the import process, especially for users with large collections of URLs.
From a technical perspective, parsing bookmark.html files is a well-understood process and could be implemented to extract URLs and metadata directly into the knowledge base.
This would align with the existing support for markdown file imports, expanding the range of supported file types for bulk content ingestion.
Summary
Direct import of bookmark.html files would simplify the user experience for bulk URL imports.
It would bypass the current multi-step browser-dependent process.
This feature could be a valuable enhancement to improve flexibility and ease of use.
This suggestion reflects a practical improvement based on the current import options and user needs.

Ever since Bublup unceremoniously took users' content hostage, demanding the equivalent of a "ransom" in the form of a subscription model and offering only a throughly unusable export format as an alternative, I've been searching for a replacement. I'm not averse to spending money for a well made solution (unless it's essentially at gunpoint like the 1 month bublup gave users to decide). I've purchased lifetime subscriptions as well as periodic ones, but recall has been the best so far. And I'm more than happy to keep paying for it....IF you adopt your users' number 1 request: import ability.
As much as I love recall and believe it is the best solution of its kind, I cannot have my information that I constantly reference scattered about different platforms. It will be with disappointment and the knowledge that I will be downgrading my experience that I will have to move my recall data elsewhere at the end of my initial year just to keep my references together.
I sincerely hope you prioritize this obviously popular request. Thanks!

Pasting Multiple URLs copied from other places to be independent of each other

Copying multiple URLs from other places such as slack notes, etc... and pasting these into Recall notes makes it just one big URL. I want it to be independent of each other, the same as copying state.

Hey Sen! I'm merging this with importing CSV cards. Hopefully, the team will get it released in the coming months.

I would also like to import my raindrop bookmarks.

I cannot +1 this feature request enough. The ability to process a list of previously saved URLs, for a project or a topic, would give Recall instant value add.

Import a CSV file to Migrate from Instapaper

I want to move my Instapaper account that I use for business and industry articles to Recall and begin using my Instapaper for personal articles unrelated to business which is what I used to use Pocket for. The features in Recall are just what I need but there seems to be no way to migrate my business data. Even Pocket only provides a CSV not a zip file. Could you add that feature? Adding hundreds of articles 1 by one by copy an paste is going to be a long tedious nightmare.
