It would be great if we can consolidate everything from other apps that I have throughout the years into this one app, in regards to the same subject.

Hey Enrique, you should be able to bulk import up to 10,000 Markdown notes, and these platforms should support that export, especially Evernote and Google Notes.
For Facebook and X folders, if you bookmark those posts, you can do a bulk import of bookmarks via the browser extension. Here's a bit more detail for you: https://docs.recall.it/supported-content/bookmark-imports
