After adding an item with the extension, there used to be a button to open the item in the main web app. Now the OPEN button just opens the added item itself. I'm not sure what use that has, since if we have just added a page with extension, it is still current in the browser. But the original link was useful, e.g. to go to the Recall page to delete it, view related pages, etc.
