Performance Issues with Your Web Tool

Hello Getrecall Team,
I’ve been testing the trial version of your web tool and was initially very excited about its features. However, I’ve encountered significant performance issues that make it challenging to use effectively.
After saving a few cards, I tried working within the app by adding manual updates, tags, and other adjustments to the cards. Unfortunately, every time I click on a card, the page freezes completely. This has happened consistently over the past two days, and I cannot interact with the interface other than leaving the page.
For context:
I’m using Chrome as my browser.
I have several extensions installed, but none of their dashboards experience similar freezing issues.
These issues have raised doubts about whether it’s worth purchasing a subscription if the UI becomes unresponsive after just a single action.
Please address this problem as soon as possible. Until the issue is fixed, I’m hesitant to commit to a paid subscription, as the interface is currently unusable.
