User Story
As a user, I want a persistent, easily accessible "Today Card" where I can frictionlessly log a daily run list of unstructured thoughts, tasks, and moments, so that an AI agent can read, categorize, and distill this information into actionable insights and historical summaries.
The Problem
Currently, capturing daily fragments—work wins, random thoughts, fleeting memories, and rolling to-dos—requires too much structural overhead. Users need a single, blank-slate daily entry point that removes the friction of organizing information in the moment.
Proposed Solution
Implement a daily "Today Card" that acts as an open, running log. This card would serve as the raw data feed for an integrated AI agent to process.
Key Use Cases & AI Workflows:
* The Morning Brief: The AI scans the previous day's unstructured thoughts and incomplete tasks to generate a clean, synthesized morning action plan.
* Professional Growth & Impact Tracking: A frictionless way to build a repository of career wins. For example, logging daily instructional design milestones, training deployment metrics, or consulting feedback on the fly. The AI can later aggregate these daily fragments into a comprehensive quarterly review or portfolio summary.
* Memory Keeping: A low-pressure space to log life moments (funny quotes, sad events, personal project updates) that the AI can curate into a searchable, long-term personal history.
Why this matters:
This feature bridges the gap between quick capture and long-term knowledge management. By letting the user brain-dump into a single daily card and offloading the organization to an AI agent, it transforms Recall into a proactive personal and professional assistant.
