Make it possible to add images and code blocks in the questions
So, it should be good to make it possible for review questions to have specific pictures instead of pure text. It might not be easy to implement it as AI generated immediately, but at least make it possible to be added manually for start.

Questions from the Chrome Extension
The scenario is pretty simple, I end up having to open the app, and generate questions every time for insights when I'm learning new stuff. Being able to create questions from the extension would save a lot of time! Thanks!

Maybe automatically moved to a "Pending Reviews" folder with a "Start Review" button
